Engaging Software LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software.

You may not reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise abuse the software.

Software is made available AS IS. You bear the risk of using it.
To the extent permitted under your local laws, the contributors exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Provider is held harmless for failure of software to meet needs or from any consequential or inconsequential damages.
